remote key programming

i have searched and cant really find an answer, i have 1 red key and 2 blue, when i first owned the car only 1 remote worked but because it did i had no reason to sort the other, now i have it back neither work, i have new batteries in both but when the button is pressed still no blink from the light, i have checked the battery connections and the soldering on the button but nothing wrong. so here are my questions:

1, does anyone know how to fix these keys?

2, if i brought a new key does anyone know how to program them?

it is a gt3 so not the infa red type.

If the led on the key isnt working its something to do with the circuitry inside dean. Its not sending out a signal so the car isnt responding.

if the keys had a dead battery for a while even when you replace the battery it wont work (like mine) so you then need to get it reprogrammed by fiat
