i think my mate had a turbo'd vtr lump in his garage for sale, that way you can have a saxo that pulls just as well as a GT. The car got featured in REDLINE

The way some people go on, you'd think that torque was the pinnacle of a good driving experience... If you want to go ploughing in a field, buy a f**kin tractor!!
VTS ftw!
If you have any car care related questions, ask me in the Cleaning/Detailing section.
lol, Honestly go and try to drive one the pedals are too close together and if your over 6ft tall your going to have problems.
Otherwise i'd have one
Best not at 6'5" then

I've owned a 106 GTi, VTS and punto GT.
VTS FTW IMO. Handles just as well as a GTi if its lowered. Only thing thats better about the GTi is the half leather interior, but you can always stick one of these in a VTS anyway.
The engines are so simple and easy to work ok, parts are common as muck and they aren't too bad on fuel if driven normally. Ok, has the same engine as the GTi, but the VTS just felt like a better car. The dash in the 106 is downright pap and ugly aswell.
My missus has a Vts it goes alright its lowered 60mm, induction kit and a super chip...it looks good and handles alright. She has had 6 saxos and never got bored of them....i would have one but a Gt is just the nuts!
Maybe my 'gangsta lean' isn't far enoughtOriginally Posted by hrg
You have to at least admit the pedals are very close together
A car is what you make of it yourself.
I have an appreciation for Saxo's and 106's but i wouldnt give up the GT for one. Maybe have a white S1 Rallye in the future..
