current R&B/Urban tracks???

Hi Guys.

I've gotta cover for my DJ mate in a nightclub tonight and I need a few pointers on current hot tracks. I've got a lot of classics that I use I just need know what's hot at the minute (I've never really followed R&B before so don't know what's what until its been killed to death on the radio!!) so I can err, buy them!

Any help will be very, very grately appreciated!!!!

Thanks, already got the Timbaland one and Kanye West, will have a listen to Lumidee. I'm looking for stuff not necessarily in the charts but still 'sharon and tracey' club friendly.
