Well the cat is off and the de-cat is on its a lot noiser and poppy
Had a problem with the cat temp sensor because it wouldnt come out of the cat so the pulsar forum said cut it off so i did
all works spot on no leaks yet

The old ic on top and bumper and metal plates removed. The how to guide said it takes 2 days lets see how quick i can do it

Just need to re tap a hole to fix another braket on so the ic sits straight and cut the bumper a bit more

about five hours. had to walk 2 miles to a local diy shop to get some more grinding disc's, couldnt really take the car to get them lol.
But the complaints have started from the next door neighbour about the noise of the exhaust but she soon got the middle finger. She can say wot she likes and call the old bill as she said. but her daughter is a drug dealer so il complain about that makes it even then
i like your style!... what she doesn;t realise it that that she is telling you what you want to hear! if it is annoying the neighbours already, it is obviously loud enough. good job.Originally Posted by timo

our other car (not the Punto) is that LOUD that when we go to shows etc and have to set off early in the morning, we have to coast down the hill before starting it up, to avoid waking the neighbours.... seriously! lol
lol i will try and take a vid when i start it up later. peoples car alarms are just to sensitive
