yeah I paid and got my confirmation via paypal but I joined using the main page which didn't give me a step 2,I followed the wrong link apparently

well I filled something in otherwise I wouldn't get a paid from paypal I can give you the transaction number if that would help.Really sorry to be a nuisance here and I do appreciate your help.

The application form can be found on the link on the join page. Asks you things like your address, car details etc?

If you haven't, try again now.

I just tried that and it took me to step 2 and asked for payment again
