the guy that has left neg feedback is in malta

they paid by paypal to the wrong address, didnt reply to my requests to pay to the correct address, so i opened a new paypal account

the delivery costs where more than expected, so i offered to split the difference 50 / 50 which they didnt want to do so i tried to refund them

paypal dont accept payments to accounts in malta? from any account! so as requested a sterling cheque was sent back, which i questioned if they can bank? but as yet, it hasnt been??

I don't know if they will speak to you or not, seeing as you are naru.

But if it's worth your while (and by the sounds of it, it is) then a solicitors letter makes ebay jump through hoops.

You can put money on the fact that someone had grassed you up for trading again...ebay don't put two and two together very often.
You'll probably find that your rival saw you were trading again and told ebay that you were already naru on the other account.
