you dont open them you write them to a cd...
they should come with a .cue file which you load into your cd project then it links to the .bin file to write to a cd.
Anybody know what a .BIN file is and how to open them.
cheers

So how is this done?? i have both in a file do i just copy them to a cd using Nero?? and thats it?
cheers
Open nero, close the wizard. Click on Recorder and select Burn image. Browse to your .bin file and select it. The just burn it. Job done
do you not load the cue file first which tells th eprogram what to do regarding the bin file?
alternatively convert it to mpeg using tmpeg program you may loose a small amount of quality though
yes you load the cue file which refers to the bin file.
If you just want to open it you could mount it to a virtual drive using something like daemon tools and the copy the files across to you HD
yeah thats what i use. comes in quite handy!Originally Posted by sternology
you dont have to burn the file just download
deamon tools [serch on google] or alcohol 120%
then just mount it on that as its virtual cd drive and install what ever it is
i used a bin file the other day to flash my bios so its not only to burn to a disc it has many purposes
