will it make the phone think it is the full hands free connected to the phone to enable me to listen to the radio wihtout having a huge wire hanging off all of the time.

also, recon it will be a good enough aerial just having the plug of the handsfree kit connected to the bottom of the phone. I always have full perfect radio signal anywhere with the full handsfree wire.

Ive only ever tried this on a Nokia pop port connector in the past. I tried to bypass the speaker and reloop and it worked, just looked a bit of a mess.

If your handsfree is official, its probably a better idea to buy a cheap replica on ebay so you can butcher that without worrying about bolloxing it up.
