paypal is pretty easy to setup, as is nochex (which isn't as popular)
i'd like to join, but dont have a cheque book and dont fancy sending cash.
you'd probably get mor people to sign up using paypal...
It will probably be cheaper to send cash by recorded post (costs 64p, versus 29p for a first class stamp).
Paypal will incur costs onto PSC which Im guessing will need to be paid by the new member, maybe £1 or something.
Paypal charge 3.6% so if the fees still £15 its only 54p making it even cheaper than recorded delivery. Its more convinent in my opinion, accepting online payments would get more members including me.
Cash and cheaque online is to 1998 for an online community.
Any news on accepting paypal? Im on the look out for a GT now so should have a new toy by the end of august
Bump
Got my GT now so want to join up, dosh in paypal ready to go.
A paypal account has been setup and is in the process of being tested to make sure withdrawals to the club bank account work ok. There will be a post once its all ready.
wicked!
