Get the ThermalRight SLK-947U, but it's a pain to fit. Coolermaster's fans just plain awful, stay away from them (unless you like mini jet engines running inside your case )
You should find Thermalright heatsinks on any of the popular PC parts sites, and it costs about £30 but is made completely of copper 8)

If you wanna be REALLY serious you can run a peltier and a mercury cooling system (water system but with mercury) and a refrigeration unit instead of a radiator.
