main be a main car :P
Hold on, the two GTs I had I'm not saying they were good as gold, but the problems I had with them were relatively trivial.
If the right one came up for sale I'd be very tempted to buy one again.
Both GTs I had were my daily drivers. I loved every minute of it. Now my P1 is my daily
I had 5 trouble free years in mine - apart from general maintenance that any car would need........
My recent one has a full year trouble free so far regular servicing and its running sweet on 92000 miles .
mines had the best part of 4 years trouble free on 138,000 miles. still running fine just need to sort a few noises out like a possible wheel bearing or maybe a worn CV. nothing major. i think they are cheap when theres loads for sale and then when you dont see many about those that are for sale tend to have stronger prices. in my book a decent GT3 is worth a grand all day long and anyway if you look closely at the so called "cheap" GTs the text usually tells you that something needs doing that involves a lot of labour or parts or they have no MOT or tax to allow buyers to drive them home. You pays ya money......
im still looking for my first 1 1 or 2 came about but yanno having a car ya always in ya pocket :P
