yeah i know mate, we didn't notice it till a while later when we stripped it out to fix it for the mot, just kept falling apart, had to remove so much just to get a good bit of metal to weld onto. it was like the flintstones car at one point.

i'll see if he has any pics of it stripped and put them up here later.
Oh dear.
The Well Stacked Punto Co. strikes again.
This was on auto trader until a couple of weeks ago then disappeared, think it was advertised for £1995, but don't quote me.
Presumed it had been sold, not crashed on test drive. Bad news.
To repair that car properly will cost you more than a strong, mechanically sound example, so I think it is best left for car heaven imo.
Get your membership sorted out bud then you can keep an eye out in the classifieds.
Shame about your old one then, must have been showing off to do that on a test drive.....
The mrs said I can buy it back so I will be keeping a eye out, I bloody love that and miss it.
I could feel myself about to cry when I see it
I'm pretty sure when it was on auto trader it was about £1200. It's got around 100k I think, the floor is rusty as fook by the sound of it, it's going to need at least a new bonnet, bumper, wing headlights, slam panel, radiator, intercooler and god knows what else ...
You must really love this car to still want it back lol
