I'll have to check on the car
Average speed was 21mph ... can you beat that?
I'll have to check on the car
Mine doesn't tell me anything like that, extra electronics = extra weight

hate the term "weapon" when somebody is describing a good car. the term should be banned and those who say it ought to have their ging gang goolies cut off ie; mainly car mag journos ime.
weapon indeed.......
Ok so a little update.
Due to some rather unfortunate engine issues, I decided my best bet was to source a new block. Happily a very very low mileage ex demo engine from a renault specialist came up for sale. So I'm now running:
- Custom CP Pistons
- Manley Conrods
- Ported 225/R26 Cylinder Head with 3 Angle valve seats
- ARP Head Stud Kit
- ARP Con-rod Bolt kit
- ARP Main stud Kit
- ACL Big end Race Bearings
- Helix Style lightweight flywheel
- Helix Paddle Clutch
To this I've also added a decat and a hybrid turbo. It won't be running much more than the standard 226 bhp, but it pulls happily to the current redline.
Next on the list will be 630cc injectors, uprated FMIC and a remap. Possibly a full exhaust system too.
I don't want huge lag or a high boost threshold, so ultimately that will guide my decisions and achievable power. Should see 310-330bhp and 300-350lb/ft though.
Nice work Cal. Absolutely love it.

2014 Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake
THing is though Cal these engines must b mega breathers so putting on a turdblower for ovr 350hp shouldn't be laggy?
Evo is ~400hp and its nearly spooling from idle. Went out to help map an Evo6 not long back with a rod job and some sort of HKS turbo on it, 450hp, 2bar and revving to 7500 and the turbo is positive at idle... tears off like its twin charged! Can only assume the renault motor can support similar turbos and produce similar results??
My F4rT spools a GT2860 to a bar at 3k.
I think what Dan is saying is, stop messing around Cal and stick a GT summit on it
