Spec similar to mine though obviously on the AFM still, thought the IX ran a map sensor as well as AFM anyway?

removed the maf all was going well fitted the new 4" inlet. Fitted all the software for the SD.
The base map was downloaded and of we went on boom only 0.8 bar of boost the F***Kin Gizzmo shat itself the earth decided to break off and fry the driver board.
As i was running SD the ecu cant controll the boost unlike when on maf sensor. so at 0.8 bar of boost it made 297bhp atf.
Been undetered i cam up with a plan and i make my own bleed valve out of vac hose a tee piece and a screw, i manged with matt to make it hold 1.7 bar of boost but it kept tailing of early so with the hand we was dealt at the end of the day it made.
393.9 BHP at ATF (303.4 bhp ATW)
The car drives 100 times better night and day even with the home made bleed valve.
matt reckons when the boost controller is working i could see the potential 400bhp and hold the torque better.
im scanning the graphs and will get them up now.
Unlucky, best get a decent controller like a Blitz SBC ID3 then Andy Still, for a Pikey bleed valve that's still a nice result!

yes Matt @ TRL (i have heard about the engines etc etc) but speaking to a well respected tuner he reccomended them @ mapping
