I'll be there about midday.
I'll be there about midday.
I might go depending on weather
A bit of a miserable morning, although it dried up later on. Found Dean, Beau and Vern later on, after getting stuck right around the back of the banking.
I moved down nearer the hangar about 1PM, where Dean had parked his UnoT. Watched the amusement on the Test Hill and finally called it a day when it started drizzling again.
Sorry not to have met more of the attendees, we should try to make better arrangements next time. I'm not the organising type, myself. Just getting myself there is about as much as I can manage, certainly just now. Sorry, no decent pic.s.
Not like last year what so ever but that was more down to the lack of nice weather but the lack of Punto's was really dissapointing ie 1 gt which was Tims, pathetic tbh....
Nice to see Deans Uno again and meet Tim nice guy cheers for letting me look at the 2ltr.
Car of the show for me aside from the 3 F40's was Blonde Chris's MINT MK2 Uno Turbo, wow what a car mate!!!!
Will upload my pics in a bit.
I saw the rain and thought no bugger will turn up. So I stayed home. Tomorrow is Supercar Sunday at Goodwood. That might be good.
The weather certainly kept people away: There was half the number of last year.
Sorry Tim, I set your alarm off by looking through the window.
There was... 5 Mk1's (one being mine).
Still had a great day though.
It was strangely quiet and felt more like a winter event compared to normal! Nice not to have the crowds though...
Uploading my UT pics in the images section shortly.
I got there about 1 expecting no one to be about but I was impressed with the turn out, More Lamborghinis this year and 20+ Alfa GTAs, said hello to vern but didn't see a single GT in fact hardly any Puntos at all.
Are they all dying?
