get 2 qoutes, from 2 different body shops.. add a extra 300 or sumit on top for wasting the time... because your the 1 wasting your time, all she has to do is pay you
if she says no, just remind her she would lose all her no claims bonus... her insurance will go up for the next 5 years HAHA

tell you what dean ive lost a baby boy already if my son is hurt deep inside i will do more than ask for money just cant get him to settle mate i will offer he a choice and tell her about my son she has 9yrs no claims the state of her car i know i wasn't the first to be hit in the same way
you need to think tho, what would someone do if you went into them...
I went into the side of someone with no insurance MOT or tax... they wanted settle privatley... until she told me she wanted 3000 to repair a metro 3 years ago....
then it went through insurance and some how she managed get 7000 altogether...
Reason in my saxo crash i claimed for injurys... managed get 5600 just for a arm injury...
Another way to do is ring up 1 of these no win no fees and ask for advice but dont mention your name...
