i hope you dont have a standard turbo otherwise it wont last long with no dump valve

it sounds like its boosting too early

if uve got a gt25r that noise is the roller bearing spinning after... thats normal... but i would check ur cam and cam timing as that sounds poop.. its not reving up nice at all.. good luck
