then i guess ur loom level with the fuel rail is fooooked,that has a lower meltin point....i would advise you not to run the car till you find out why it is runnin such a high temp, don't forget that fuel rail is what it is, full of fuel, if that rail melts it will drop the fuel straight onto the manifold and you'll have a bonfire under you're bonnet, then u'll need more that a fuel rail !!
