    Identifying Noise

Got this really annoying noise that seems to have slowly developed to a point now that its got to be found and sorted.

It seems to be from the back passenger wheel area. Comes in proper at 36mph-its there at higher speeds just that its not as noticeable. Like a rubbing noise. Its constant rather than an intermittent rub rub rub.

Ive just renewed the rear discs and pads and caliper slider pins but the noise was there before so it cant be owt to do with that. I think wheel bearings are much noisier than a low down rubbing type noise. Ive removed the small arch liner from the front of the rear wheel well as that showed signs of rubbage against the tyre but again it made no difference after.

wondering if its an issue with the caliper maybe......I cant think what else could cause it. the handbrakes been backed right off to check for binding. not that either. any ideas?
