Laptop - cheap and windows

as above, needs to be cheap as poss, not too bothered about condition etc aslong as it works, also needs to be as small as poss too. Spec isnt too important i only need it to run MS.

i wont buy anything from carphone. Budget is as cheap as poss really, dont have a figure in mind.

Do you not need a serial port for MS? or can you run it from USB or similar?

I ask as my webbook has no serial port. Only USB, so if you need serial, something to look out for before spending your dosh.
