    Don't want to sit there on the motorway at constant revs though, will need to be A-roads all't way.

    That's exactly the issue I have - I don't want to be sat on the motorway at precisely 3000rpm for hours on end and Heathrow's the best part of 2.5hrs away.

    Probably give it a miss tbh due to a boring long run down.

    Personally i thought the grass where we was lastyear was a nice spot tbh, lots of space, good for photos and a decent trickle of people. Dont see the obsession with wanting to be right in the thick of it tbh as most folk who go will only turn their nose up at a post 1970s Fiat anyway.

    You're probably right actually. The grass area wasn't that bad. Nice and flat too.
