Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious.

That was probably because of the K-series though Matt
There was a van with a group of Elises at LeMans ont he side it said "Lotus Elise support truck, beer and headgasktets"
Never been in a turbo'd nissan but the sound of VTEC unleashing is immense!! but im remaining neutral untill ive been in a nissan
You aren't missing much - they're like a GT but reliable. Up until the last couple of years they have all relied on turbo's for the power aswell.
I agree Dan, it was back in the day when they used Rover lumps they were s**t, and in the earlier days they were also known for their unreliability.
In actual fact, I would have an Exige, and am quite envious that big nose has got one Ideally I'd want one with a supercharged K20 engine in though, but I think that 'Cup' edition or whatever it was called was the best part of £40k.

If your given a box and told to work within its walls, youll be far more rewarded.
To buy an exige then double its power then do x y z, whatever you do will never be enough.
Whereas if you stick with your given ie a standard 190hp track car, and learn to drive it youll always be satisfied.
Quite true. 190hp is enough with that weight. I've got that with the Integra, and I don't feel I need to add another 100hp to it. Sure, it would be nice, but the car is rewarding to drive as it is - Evo magazine even said so when they voted it their favourite fwd of all time. Taking it on track at Donington a couple of months ago proved that to me.
Any plans for you to take the Exige on track?
