Does anyone know how to use Adobe Lightroom well?

I need to fine tune a photo I took at a relatives wedding, if someone would be willing to have a go, I would be very greatful.

Just a general question, what can lightroom do that photoshop cant? Theres plenty of photoshop pro's on here
