    Butter Tubs Pass

Dunno if this is the right thread area but heck why not,

Its seems that this is one of the best driving roads in britain!

Also, many other clubs and whatnot do drives through here,

i personally want to go, maybe going through them on the 19th on a mini run,

what are peoples thoughts and ideas on doing one of these ourselves?

Also, buttertubs pass is in the yorkshire dales if any of you are unknown to it, heres a video of it,

i was up there last week mate to give it a try. i didnt rate it to be honest-if you get caught behind others its pants. overtaking moves are tricky no matter how much poer youve got. its a long way down on the one side!

maybe its one of those roads you need to take an early morning blast on before all the locals get out of bed!

yeh the cat and fiddle is a wiked road. it goes from buxton to macc. but thers loads of little tight twistey roads around there, all round the goyt valley area. ive scared my self a few time on thoes bends. local rally clubs use them for road rallies. its top just going out at 3am when you know theres nobody out and just tearing round. id be up for a bit of fun one night if anyone els is.
