Does this only fit on Karcher washers?

We do a lot more PW's mate such as Kranzle,Kew,Alto,Lavor etc

Well I can't find the exact one, it was bought from Homebase some time ago.

Mine was branded by Gardenline but it looks identical to that one. Is that any use?

mmm its the lance pic i need to see as that is where the foam lance fits into in the middle of the lance when you 'push and twist' out.
