On the front page shows to many subforms. Wasnt clear in first post sorry :P. People are normally going to know to go in here and will then see the subforms, so no need for that many? just my two cents

It's automatic. It shows all subforums.

Personally i preffered the last alteration, with each for sale section having its own main forum. and the FAQ section how it was previously.
Just looks too cluttered

I don't think it worked that way because to see the subforums, you have to click the first forum.

Now you can see the subforums without doing that.

yea but you still cant see if they have any new posts in them, and for making the main forum look tidier, i'm happy to click one more link in order to access the sub forum.

Yes you can see. The icon goes orange, even on the sub forums.

agree looks to messy, was nothing wrong with it before. maybe you should of spent your time making a bigger search button lol. ive replied to atleast 5 threads to say, "use the search button" this week. just an idea
