    T25 play in shaft

    followed on from my thread in picture section, couple of videos of play in shaft.

    Not sure if this will work so if not can a mod please delete the thread, thank you

    200 miles? yeah right. my turbo is on 89k and has a lot less play in it than that!

    play in the impelor shaft is normal unless its a roller bearing turbo due to no oil pressure take up lateral play when engine is off.

    there is no way there is ment to be that much play in that shaft..i was the one moveing it...and the cracks are a joke...as for the play yes there is ment to be a little bit but not that much there is loads

    as said a little slight bit of play is ok but that is just plain excessive

    No your wrong.

    Play in the shaft when the turbo is roller bearing is normal, not when its a oil sealed unit like this.

    Todd cant you decide for yourself that its not right, come on lad!
