    Stainless steel 97GT Turbo manifold

    Hi Guys,

I’m new to the Punto forum. I specialise in turbo manifold and exhaust fabrication. I have joined because I recently fabricated a 1997 Punto GT turbo manifold and was wondering if others were interested in one.

Each manifold is hand crafted and fully TIG welded. All from high quality stainless steel piping. The flanges are all CNC milled stainless steel and of the highest quality.

The manifolds take approximately 2-3 weeks to fabricate. The first one took a lot longer than that as I had to figure a lot of things out including the waiting for the flanges to be CNC milled.

Here are some of the pictures,

Here is it next to a POTR one,

    My website is www.solid-fabrications.co.uk.
    My ebay store is solid-fabrications

The pricing of the Turbo manifolds are £450 delivered or £470 delivered (using paypal).

I will hopefully be also working on a downpipe to go with the manifold.

I would like to start a list of people wanting to buy one.

Please ask any questions if needed.

    Many thanks

    Alan

Nice copy, lots of sections though. Is this smaller ID than the POTR one? Is the steel thinner?

Think Doddies was bought broken from STE and I guess like most things, copied it ?

The steel is sch 10 stainless steel pipe. The wall thickness is 2.77mm. This is thicker than the potr one. The Potr one seems to use thin mild steel. I'm not impressed with the collector as it seems to be mashed together with no real thought into it.
