Strangely, I quite like that.

Its the Mitsubishi Mirage Asti / Lancer coupe with the 1.8 DOHC early Evo engine.Originally Posted by Mr Hans
The standard engine is N/A 138bhp, which is what this one had, some minor mods have pushed it to 150bhp. The intercooler was fitted so I didn't have to pull the bumper after the respray.
Standard performance is on par with a GT - but the suspension was by Lotus and this really handles.
To turbo you need - all from a GSR Lancer
TD04 or 05
Exhaust Manifold
ECU
Custom built oil and water lines
Multi layer gasket (1.5mm) for boost over 7psi
evo pump
Tougher clutch - I've done this.
I have all of the above except the oil and water lines.
Output as a turboed car (roughly from the 6 or seven already done) is about.
180 at 6 to7 psi.
200 plus at 10psi
Around 230 for a sorted one at 12 psi (the rods tend to break at one bar)
300 up for forged pistons and decent rods running a ?? at ?? its basically all evo except 1.8 and tougher than the 2l.
i dont like them, but in that colour it looks really nice.
Yeah I know, thats what happened to me. The test drive clinched it.Originally Posted by Puntoboy
