i thought it was more drivetrain problems rather than engine problems
its more of a mifth than anything, only real problem is the gear boxes when going for more power. most are ok up to 350bhp but after that the torque is too much. some are ok some aintOriginally Posted by stevegt1

Mate, if you prefer hatches get the pulsar. My mates just sold his running over 300 bhp on standard turbo, and it was seriously quick. Even an Evo 8 frq330 couldnt shake him off his bumper. Or if they are too common for ya get this. Big roller bearing turbo as standard, strong engine internals as standard, 4 wheel drive, cheaper insurance, Loads of parts available from N.Z and Oz.
