its more of a mifth than anything, only real problem is the gear boxes when going for more power. most are ok up to 350bhp but after that the torque is too much. some are ok some aint

reylabiliy id say both the same. power about the same similar engine but the r is lighter, i'd say the 200 is alot more comfortable inside as it is newer. but at the end of the day do you want to go side ways around a corner and brick it cuz the arse end twitches alot or something that grips?

Fair does then. Never been in a GTiR, mates got a silvia & that is rapid but he aint got the guts to get the ars end out yet hehe

Mate, if you prefer hatches get the pulsar. My mates just sold his running over 300 bhp on standard turbo, and it was seriously quick. Even an Evo 8 frq330 couldnt shake him off his bumper. Or if they are too common for ya get this. Big roller bearing turbo as standard, strong engine internals as standard, 4 wheel drive, cheaper insurance, Loads of parts available from N.Z and Oz.
