i may consider coming.
how far is it from bristol? (you travel from aylesbury to bath during the week dont you?)
Right, this has now been confirmed guys. We have G-Force's rollers booked from 9am onwards on April 10th 2004 (Saturday). They are based in Aylesbury, which is in Buckinghamshire approx 20-25mins from junc 20 of the m25
The price is going to be £35 inclusive per car, normal dyno runs on their rollers are charged at £55 + vat. We have to get a minimum of 12cars together, for this reason i've told my mate who knows lots of guys on the saxo forum so this minimum of 12 shouldn't be a problem, if we get 30cars it goes down to £30 / car.
You can read about the rolling road set up on this link http://www.g-force-motorsport.co.uk/rolling.html . I don't need any money before hand, but I have to confirm by next Tuesday (6/4/03) that we will get the minimum of 12 cars needed, so if you stick your name down you have to be a definate. Open to any model of punto its not restricted to the GT boys. Bodykits, cars slammed on their arse are not a problem as race cars with 1" of ground clearance are run on the rollers.
You will get:
-As many runs needed to get an accurate power reading.
-Power at the wheels which is 99.9% accurate
-Power at the fly
-Fuelling checked
-Boost pressure level (see if them guages are working )
-Expertise that work on Porsche Le Man race cars
Any questions, give me a call - 07815108128. Should be an excellent day, hope to forge some good relationships for the PSC and a good chance to waste some saxos
Definates:
1. Matty (GT)
2. L1 LBK (GT)
3. Pummy (GT)
4. Adam K (MR2 turbo)
5. Mike_vts (Saxo VTS)
6. JonA (Saxo VTS)

If I can get my ECU unit open before then I shall do my best to attend.
(-btw that was kind of a request if anyone knows how to open the box as it doesnt have any bolts like the GT ECU has...)
