    Completely baffeld, car audio

Well basically my sub stopped working, so i thought it was the amp as the light stopped coming on, changed amp and it still dont work. next i tryed the sub in my friends punto, which worked fine, next i tryed a different headunit still no bass, so i figured, its not the headunit, amp or sub, so i buy some new RCA cables and it still doesnt work. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
Btw the amp switches on fine, and its not in protective mode. and all fuses are still intact.

yeah that came loose quite a while ago cause there wasn't a metal bit to hold in onto the iso connector black thing. anyway i had the head unit on my seat and the remote wire is deffinatly in the back of it or the head unit wouldn't turn on

not the headunit, the amp sorry

yes it would if the remote wire came out then the amp wont turn on the rem or remote wire is simply there to tell the amp to turn on nothing else

Yeah the remote wire is fine. and also both fuses, the power cable on in the engine bay and the one on the amp are both fine, and the speaker cable between the amp and sub is fine as i used that when i used my friends amp in his car

the only thing i woudl suggest is to take all the wires out and do it again. Tedious but you should find the problem it defo sounds like a cable issue
