was rudly awoken on friday morning to a horrific crash, i knew what it was straight away.
basically guy letf his house just round the corner but couldnt be bothered to de-mist his screen and without even seeing my car, or even breaking he hit it at 30+ mph.
i was calm, but as he was oldish and was saying his chest hurt, what was done was done and no shouting would help.
he was in a ford orion and hit it very hard sending my car 10m up the road into the back of a new VW golf.
worst still is that the car was in very good shape and had all new bushes and radius arms. to replace the car is gunner cost £500+ yet insurance say its only worth £200 MAX. so im out of pocket and there not gunner let me buy it back to get my good bits off..
So if you do the above, and drive when not de-frosted, please do me a fav and get a can of de-icer for £2 and save innocent people like me £££ that they lose out in, in insurance money.

thats why you cant buy full cars from scrappies.
greg if there only giving you £200 for the basic car then you should take the bits off before you give it to them. as the bits are obviously adding no value.
least it wasnt the 2.0L punto.
you should be able to get more than £200, you just have to prove it was worth more than thatnot that hard, get **** loads of info, and they will give in and give you lots
