push comes to shove and i would have to take any i would have to go for the GSI can look alot better modded up than the focus

Had a good look at both of these @ the motorshow, the Astra was shitty. Although they look the db's when modded nicely. So I'd take the Focus nip down to Honda and Px it for a CTR, and spend some Cash on a nice Apexi exhaust and VTEC controller!
