Probably a custom smoothing job on the standard rear bumper, I dont think anybody sells anything like that for well any car really.

Anyway i think is cack, euro style looks good when done properly on the right car, I have yet to see a punto that convinced me it held the look well. Theyre just all the wrong shape for euro and ends up looking like a sort of completely undirected smoothed off mess. no thanks
