Ok, i have a 'Race Spec' Type k Grp Bonnet
This is made from fibreglass and has corematt reinforcement but no inner frame - same as we use on our BMW's etc
This means the bonnet has to be held on with pins and not the originl hinges and catch, but it also means it weighs next to nothing!!
£100.00 plus del and vat

how much is delivery to london?
so delvery and vat, whats the overal price?

thats shows 6 pins, because at 150mph they tend to lift a little
ok. well the only problem i can see with that is, that everytime i want to lift the bonnet im going to have to remove the whole bonnet? would there be a way for me to fasten a set of hinges onto the back of the bonnet?
no as its just a skin Sam, tahts the point.
correct - hence race specOriginally Posted by karting
you could bond an angle bracket into it and nut and bolt it to the hinges
