I race trucks in the inside lane mate, yeah. It's actually quite funny, or rather, it was when I had the Type-R because it was so aggressive looking and I just pottered along at 60.

I have nothing to prove, I know the car can do 160mph (Type-R), so I don't need to sit in the outside lane chasing Mercs or Passat TDi's.. if you know what I mean?

I'm happy with the Rex anyway, it's a nice example of a standard car - it hasn't got 1 mod! Only done 76k since new aswell, which averages out at less than 5k/year, and as I said, in the last 10 years has only done 20k! I don't use it for work, I walk, so the mileage should stay low aswell.

Nice car, always loved the rex. I used to own a spotless mark one valver and that was rapid. Went out with one of the guys from CRX-uk in his 2.0 Vtec and he swore mine felt as fast, only difference it didn't spin in EVERY gear.
These handle like carts, so precise and easy to throw around, not much rear leg room though. I'd have another tomorrow. Never had an issue on motorways with mine either.
