Any ideas on an upgrade kit for the rear brakes on my 1990 Uno Turbo?

The 298.5mm kit is indeed still going ahead and it should happen very soon as we recently increased our prototyping/small batch capability! It should be about £40-50+vat more than the 284mm one as a rough guide...

    How does that sound?
Sounds good think I'll wait for the bigger kit then if it's happening soon, shouldn't be a problem with 16" ultraleggeras ? Got any templates drawn up yet ? I can give a deposit to get the ball rolling

After owning both these and brembos I've got to say the brembos have a better stopping force but these are brilliant, very very light. My whole brembo set up weighed in at 24kg. With these on I've saved Atleast 15kg.

Will be in touch regarding a disk & pad set up soon. Not sure what I've got on it right now but apparently I've got 'very expensive pads'

I'm working on a rear kit for the Punto, with luck that should lead to a rear Uno kit too. I need to get this finished as I need to return someone's parts, but it should happen soon now we have extra capabilities.

You "should" be fine in those wheels - I can indeed reserve your kit/calipers for a deposit, drop me a PM?

Not normally, it depends what people have in mind.

Good to hear they are doing the business! DS2500 pads are the leading performance / value ones at the moment, largely because EBC keep putting their prices up over and over again.

Greens are not much use at all in my experience to put it mildly, Reds and Yellows are ok - but as a budget/value offering. Ferodo are not much more money (for WMS calipers anyway) and the performance / feedback I get is WAY better!

Bit of a no-brainer really. But then double your money again and the Pagid / Carbotech fans swear by them and hate Ferodo....just depends what people are happy to spend on pads really - makes more sense to get the hardware as good as possible before paying through the nose for pads that at the end of the day are a throwaway consumable.

Cannot fit these under the tipo wheels even with 10-20mm spacers, only 1 little bit of it is catching on the breaks :@
