After priming it to circulate oil, it started first time straight away! Was like a proud father. That smoke cleared must of been grease on the manifold.

injector light is on because you need to do the phase sensor perhaps and smoke is just grease and **** from when you re built it.

its a shame the header tank doesnt have some sort of sight or level checker !
Phase sensor was done when i timed it up WaynettaNot even checked the code as the batterys not had chance to stay charged yet but ill do when i get the spark plug thread amended, which is looking liek monday evening now.
Id topped the coolant up with what it would take before i started it but obviosuly the header tank sucked it all up when i turned it on.
Dunno what crack my brother is on lol.
