When this happens they don't always realise that it's an old thread.
Just a quick question..
People who raise threads that are old, like more than 12 months old.. what is it you are looking for when you find these threads? I'm just curious, as sometimes a thread can be dead for 2 years, then someone resurrects it as if it was posted y/day.
I never look at threads that are more than a couple of weeks old tbh. By that, I mean the last post was a fortnight ago.
Thoughts? Pics? Vids? Opinions?

But say they are searching for something, they then must go back pages and pages to find stuff that's 2 years old?? I just find it very weird.

Depends what they are searching for.
For example, a few weeks ago I was searching for the dimensions of the Forge FMIC designed by members of this forum, all the topics that came back were at least a year old.

I could've also said..
The same intercooler that we removed and replaced because it caused flow problems and wasn't very efficient.

It's better than standard to be fair, just wasn't particularly good for our requirement that's all.
