i have been getting crappy d/l speeds of 17kbps and im on 8 meg look at my results and any ideas i have changed all my equipment for new so its not that?

have you ever had proper speeds from your broadband? Could be a fault on your line or at the exchange!
i heaqr eclipse have a heavey user policy.
i would presume you are on that.
do a test every hour of a day if you can then post the results here.
i reckon you will get better speeds at some silly hour like me.
