You might still find it under Macromedia Dreamweaver... Adobe bought Macromedia out. but torrents, p2p, newsgroups - the usual places!
I found it on Macromedia.

just get the whole new adobe cs3 package. comes with illustrator, photoshop, flash, dream weaver .... everything
