Headset sends a code, sometimes they are not 0000. Get a manual and read what the code is. Then plug it into the phone. Should work, if all else fails, read the manual cover to cover and find out if the headset needs to go into a 'pairing' mode.
Ok ive had the bluetooth headset for ages now, wonder if anyone knows how to get these damn thing to connect to my phone!
Bonus if anyone has a w800i who can help me!
Basicly went to the phones settings - Blue tooth - then handsfree!
turned headset on, and it wont pick it up!, it also says it needs a passcode or something, on my phone! im guessing it would be 0000, but argh¬!
Anyone know what the problem is???
Cheers! Rich

Its all about the pairing mode!
You would just walk past other people and pick up their convos if your phone would just pick up any old headset when you said 'connect'.
Tom
all you do is go into your bluetooth and search for devices, find the headset and pair it job done ! pairing code is def 0000
