    locking wheel nuts, without key

    hi,

    my new car has two sets of locking wheel nuts, but only one key, how can i get the wheels off!

    i think anyway, if anyone knows, what exactly, this is, please say, cos it doesnt really look like a locking wheel bolt, it just looks like a silver cap over the bolt but it isnt

    Have you breakdown cover - i know thay can get them off.

    is it? how do i get it off then cos i tried with a screw driver but no luck, and i dont want to damage my wheels cos there all near perfect cond.

    You are supposed to have a kinda cup you slide over the nut cover that pulls it off..

    Thats just a chrome plastic cover, youll be able to see the locking nut underneath when you pull the cover off.

    mine are the same as beaus so thats a relief....

    so pliers i guess

    But you will still get a locking nut under them, best way is to hammer a bit on to the keyless one and remove it that way

    will do

    has just meant that the wheels have been sprayed whilst on the car
    result is excellent, but terrible for front brakes
