that number plate tape is a b!tch to get off aint it!
cos my window got smashed, its cheaper to fit a another boot and get it sprayed than a new window! so iv been de-badging it, and im quite impressed lol, never used filler before so i was bit unsure how it would go but its came out ok, still needs a tiny more sanding and more primer, then it should be good.
also got someone who is going to spray and lacquer it for the cost of the paint he said probably £20-30 so not bad.
and then if it looks crap where i de-badged it then il just stick my badges over the top

The pictures are hard to tell from, but it looks like you have done a good job, just keep sanding away...
smooth the wiper hole
well up close its not perfect, but im hoping some more sanding and some more layers of primer and it will be ok.Originally Posted by essexboy
everyone tells me not to smooth the wiper cos il need it.... so i didnt, and the holes a bit big to just fill really, if i was gonna smooth the wiper i may as well do the lock, but i want to keep the lock cos my gt's was smoothed over and it was bloody annoying! lolOriginally Posted by H8T WP
