I've tried ringing too, just rings out then voicemail. no replys to texts either.
I'm not saying that he is/has, but IMHO i think he's running.
thing is, most of us have his name(s), numbers, bank details, car reg etc
This should be enough to track him down wether personally or police
If people do go to the police however it might be a good idea to group together to do it, it may have more impact.

thats a good idea and all.......but people on here,who have bought stuff from him.....do kinda live quite a way apart......so how would rallying together and going to the police work??

All complaints about him should go to merseyside police anyway. Maybe a statement that says a number of people have evidence to back each others claims up maybe? I dunno

IF you want to take police action then you will have to contact HIS local force - Merseyside Police...........

We all then will need to make statements etc........and the forward them off

He txt me back today and said he was nearly sorted and that my items would be sent.....again dont know how much truth it is but will have to wait and see

I really think it's too early for Police action. They probably wont even do anything anyway. Chances are you'll need to take him to a small claims court.

I think the first point of call is for someone local to visit him.

Just had a reply back he said that he is sending items out this week...im not going to go into the details as to his personal cricumstances...but he has been replying to my calls all day......

Ok, to an extent, his personal life is best left to him, I'd just like to know why most of peoples phone calls have not been answered and txts not replied to etc
At the end of the day, even if there is no problem, its not very good manners tbh
If you speak to him again would it be possible to ask him to just contact everyone who is still waiting?

its the same, got away with it cos his "dad" claimed he was in an accident.

this kid is playing silly buggers.

for me personally, a very very close person to me died and yet i still answered my phone to everyone who called including people who i could have not have answered.

the boy is trying everyones patience, he need to sort himself out NOW or he'll regret it when the police are involved.
