Well.....he said he would be online today......he hasnt.......even if he cudnt get to a computer for today.....a txt to each person, or to one just to explain his actions would be sufficent enough!!

I'm going to give him till tmoro night,for my bits to arrive,or him get in contact....then take further action

IF you want to take police action then you will have to contact HIS local force - Merseyside Police...........

We all then will need to make statements etc........and the forward them off

He txt me back today and said he was nearly sorted and that my items would be sent.....again dont know how much truth it is but will have to wait and see

I really think it's too early for Police action. They probably wont even do anything anyway. Chances are you'll need to take him to a small claims court.

I think the first point of call is for someone local to visit him.

Just had a reply back he said that he is sending items out this week...im not going to go into the details as to his personal cricumstances...but he has been replying to my calls all day......
