19th is booked so were looking at 27th but i cannot book until we have 16 people and deposits from them.

The club may be able to pay a subsiduary for this if the accounts are sorted but please be expected to pay the full price if the accounts are sorted out

Specs of the place

A full session costs £35 per head.
Groups of 16 or more are completely private and smaller parties are accommodated in mixed sessions.
Half sessions can be arranged in off peak hours.
Practice and tuition is given before racing.
Races are run under Grand Prix rules and the minimum age for participants is 16 years.
Snack bar facilities are on site and full catering including marquee is available for corporate bookings.
Prior viewing by appointment.
A deposit and contact phone number is required with all bookings.
Cheques made payable to Madtrax.



They also do paintball which early loosers can probably have a crack at as well.

What about bringing a guest etc?

You may bring a guest but i dont think they will be able to participate. i dont presume that we will get the full 24 people which is the maximum so i dont think we will need the reserves. minimum group is 16 people.
