I need to convert a phone movie so that I can import it into Adobe Premiere, so I need a free .mpeg4 to .avi convertor.
Anyone know of any?

mp4 is low quality and for mobile devicees like ipod.. so trying to convert it to a higher rate format may effect its quality ! and why is premiere gay and doesnt allow avi ! all editing packages should do as standard i know my final cut pro suit does !
