The Fast Show - Sunday 25th March 2007
The first performance and modified car show of the season is The Fast Show at Santa Pod Raceway on Sunday 25th March with a normal RWYB meeting the day before on Saturday 24th March. Weekend tickets are available if you want to camp over.
Everybody's welcome from Maseratis to Metros, Dragsters to Daihatsus, whatever your wheels, put them to the test over the famous quarter mile!
If you've never been to The Fast Show before expect masses of Modified Cars, Run What Ya Brung and Demo Cars on the track, including the awesome Fireforce Jet Cars, a Miss Fast Show Competition, Free Pole Dance shows in Fuelers Bar, Traders, Caterers, Fun Fair and lots, lots more.
Run What Ya Brung
This is a great opportunity for you to blow the winter cobwebs away and get your car out on the track for only £15 for 3 runs with performance print outs! There is also a RWYB day featuring evening racing on Saturday 24th March with the RWYB classes running across both days.

Drag Car Demos
See what the big boys can do on the strip with their tyre smoking Drag Cars along with the 7 second Santa Pod 2Seater Dragster and not forgetting some finely tuned Japanese machinery.
Two Seater Dragster
The Santa Pod 2 Seater Dragster will be relaunched at The Fast Show where a ride in this awesome 7 second car will be available for £499+vat including two entry tickets. Full details at

Jet Car
Get ready for the monster machine that is the Fireforce 3 Jet Funny Car, hurtling down the 1/4 mile at over 260mph.
Autoglym Show Car Paddock
Want to show off your pride and joy? This is the place for you to put your mates to shame and let the adoring the crowds flock round to admire your car. It doesn't matter what your car is as long as it looks the business. No need to pre-enter, just drive in and register. Awards will be given for:

* Best Paint
* Best Engine
* Most Radical
* Best Wheels
* Best Interior
* Best Retro
* Best ICE
Handling Circuit
This was well received last year so it's back for 2007 and this time it's FREE! Get your car out on the circuit to test your skills and handling and see who comes out on top! It's definitely not all about speed, its control. Don't forget you'll need your driving license to have a go! Full details on the Handling page.
Drifting
There will be plenty of drifting action with high revs, sideways sliding, and burning rubber action from some of top UK drifters, showing how this amazing driving technique is done at it's best!
